Every once in a while you end up connecting with an overseas buyer who is fussy or flat out picky.  You know the type.  From the get-go, they ask a million questions and leave no stone unturned when it comes to nailing down the transaction.  They may drive you mad but the business is phenomenal so there is no chance you would ever even think of passing it up.  You'll take it as they say.  Take the heat and take the detailing in order to grow your business revenue and increase your profitability.

With the picky buyer comes the point in time when they ask, "Will you provide us with an inspection certificate?"  And your answer:  But of course!
