We all do our best to ensure international shipments go smoothly but every once in a while, something can go wrong.  Mistakes happen.  Documentation, for instance, can be prepared incorrectly, the weather can trip us up or the folks at the factory can pull the wrong order due to moving too fast.  Whatever the case, you can recover, provided you keep your coping skills in check and use your smarts to turn things around.
